Flaming Gorge NRA

On our way to Camas, we stopped for the night in Rock Springs, WY.... mainly to visit the Flaming Gorge NRA. We almost volunteered there last year..... and wanted to see the area.

Absolutely gorgeous !!!!! So many different ecosystems & elevations..... high desert, junipers, pines, sage brush all surrounded by snow covered mountains...... and snow covered pathways leading to the viewpoints !!!

Find this area on a map.... it took us 4 hours to drive all the way around !!!!
